The private gated community of La Punta consist of 131 luxury homes and villas. "Villa Blanca" is one of the only villas that boasts 360 degree views of the Santiago and Manzanillo Bays.

Villa Blanca Services
House Manager
Our House Manager is ultimately responsible for every aspect of your stay at Villa Blanca. He will help coordinate transportation to and from the airport, food and beverage purchases, and any activities you care to experience during your stay in Manzanillo. The House Manager also supervises the staff. He will be your go to guy and insure your experience during your stay at Villa Blanca is one you'll never forget.

Chef

Our Chef is experienced and has many specialty dishes for you to choose from including authentic Mexican cuisine. You certainly won't be forced to eat all of your meals at Villa Blanca, but that just might be your BEST choice. The staff will provide you with an extensive list of dishes to choose from, but we do provide custom meals from hot dogs and hamburgers to our famous surf-n-turf dish.

Guest will be responsible for food and beverage costs and will receive a bill prior to check out. Average cost per day, per person is $50-$60.

Staff

Our Staff will provide daily cleaning and room service. Many of our guests “pack light” as our staff will provide laundry service throughout your stay if desired.

Transportation
​
Transportation will be arranged to and from the airport. You will be able to visit the local town and run any errands you wish during your stay. Transportation cost will be added to the food and alcohol bill. Average transportation cost is approximately $50 (USD) per hour.
